ACT

The ACT (American College Testing) is a standardized test designed to assess a high school student's readiness for college and university-level education in the United States. Widely accepted by colleges and universities across the country, the ACT exam plays a crucial role in the college admissions process. The ACT exam evaluates a student's knowledge and skills in four core subject areas: English, Math, Reading, and Science. The test is scored on a scale of 36. Additionally, there is an optional Writing (Essay) section. The results of the ACT can be a critical component of a student's college application, alongside their high school GPA, extracurricular activities, and other factors.
